49 million litres of drinking milk produced in September
49.2 million litres of drinking milk were produced in September 2025.
The major part of it (27.0 million litres, or 54.8%) was semi-skimmed milk. Whole milk represented 36.4% of total production, skimmed milk 5.7% and buttermilk 3.1%.
In addition, 5.3 million litres of milk drinks and chocolate milk were produced, as well as 21.9 million litres of cream, 28.3 million litres of fermented milk and yoghurt, 16,492 tonnes of milk powder, 12,570 tonnes of cheese and 4,914 tonnes of traditional butter.
