57 million litres of milk produced in March
57,2 million litres of milk were produced in March 2021. The major part of it (32.6 million litres, or 56,9%) was semi-skimmed milk.
Whole milk accounted for 36.6% of the total production and skimmed milk for 6.5%.
Besides, 14.7 million litres of chocolate milk were produced, as well as 22.2 million litres of cream, 25 million litres of fermented milk, 4.4 million litres of yoghurt, 9,332 tonnes of cheese and 8,616 tonnes of butter (farm butter and blended butter).
