67 million litres of milk produced in March

67.4 million litres of milk were produced in March 2020. The major part of it (37.8 million litres, or 56.0%) was semi-skimmed milk.

Whole milk accounted for 36.9 % of the total production and skimmed milk for 7.1%.

Besides, 10.3 million litres of chocolate milk were produced, as well as 17.8 million litres of cream, 22.4 million litres of fermented milk, 4.8 million litres of yoghurt, 9,122 tonnes of cheese and 8,034 tonnes of butter (farm butter and blended butter).
