During the week from 26 July to 1 August included (week 30), the business courts pronounced 51 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 72 job losses.

The figures for week 30 reveal a stabilisation of the number of bankruptcies and a decrease in the number of job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 30 weeks of 2021, the business courts pronounced 3,509 bankruptcies. This figure is 18.7% lower than in the first 30 weeks of 2020.

However, job losses per bankruptcy are 0.3% higher in 2021 than in the previous year. During the first 30 weeks of 2021, 2.34 jobs were lost per bankruptcy while this ratio amounted to 2.33 in the same period in 2020.
