3.54 million of overnight stays in October

The number of overnight stays spent in tourist accommodations in October 2019 amounted to 3.54 million.

51% of them took place in a hotel.

2,134,381 overnight stays were registered in the Flemish Region, 744,082 in the Walloon Region and 662,906 in Brussels.

41,320,284 overnight stays have been booked in Belgium in 2018. That is 7 % more than in 2017.

The Brussels-Capital Region registers the sharpest increase, with 10 % more overnight stays than in 2017.
