During the week from 5 to 11 September included (week 36), the business courts pronounced 162 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 473 job losses.

The figures for week 36 reveal an increase in the number of bankruptcies and job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 36 weeks of 2022, the business courts pronounced 6,001 bankruptcies. This figure is 51.2% higher than in the first 36 weeks of 2021.

Job losses per bankruptcy are 19.9% lower in 2022 than in the previous year. During the first 36 weeks of 2022, 2.37 jobs were lost per bankruptcy while this ratio amounted to 2.96 in the same period in 2021.
