Rent calculator update

Every year, on the date on which the contract entered into force, the rent may be adjusted to the cost of living. In order to offer reliable rent indexation, Statbel provides its users with a rent calculator that can be used for all leases (tenancy agreements, commercial lease agreements and other leases).

This week, we have updated our rent calculator (version 1.0.7) with new features such as:

• the taking into account of changes related to the EPB according to the Regions
• the possibility to calculate rent in different time zones
• the taking into account of the exact date on which the contract is signed and comes into force
• the correction of various bugs
