The first semester 2022 concludes with an increase in agricultural indices. The overall agricultural index in June is 14.1% higher than that in June 2021. This increase is due to the increase in the horticultural index (+41.2%) and in the index for animals and animal products (+35.1%).
For horticultural products, the increase in the indices is especially marked for cauliflowers and fruit.
The agricultural index for plant products is down by 37.0% compared to June 2021. Finally, for the input price index, the increase is 0.2% between May and June 2022, but it amounts to 29.3% if we compare June 2021 with June 2022.
