5.84 million overnight stays in July 2019

The number of overnight stays spent in tourist accommodations in July 2019 amounted to 5.84 million.

35% of them took place in a hotel.

3,832,934 overnight stays were registered in the Flemish Region, 1,326,529 in the Walloon Region and 678,268 in Brussels.

41,320,284 overnight stays have been booked in Belgium in 2018. That is 7 % more than in 2017.

The Brussels-Capital Region registers the sharpest increase, with 10 % more overnight stays than in 2017.
