55.7 million litres of drinking milk were produced in January 2022.
The major part of it (30,5 million litres, or 54.8%) was semi-skimmed milk.
Whole milk represented 35.7% of total production, skimmed milk 6.4% and buttermilk 3.1%. In addition, 17.8 million litres of milk drinks and chocolate milk were produced, as well as 20.3 million litres of cream, 29.0 million litres of fermented milk and yoghurt, 8,957 tonnes of cheese and 7,381 tonnes of butter (farm butter and blended butter).
