53.6 million litres of drinking milk were produced in March 2025.
The major part of it (29.0 million litres, or 54.1%) was semi-skimmed milk. Whole milk represented 36.5% of total production, skimmed milk 6.0% and buttermilk 3.4%.
In addition, 11.1 million litres of milk drinks and chocolate milk were produced, as well as 23.6 million litres of cream, 29.2 million litres of fermented milk and yoghurt, 19,376 tonnes of milk powder, 12,357 tonnes of cheese and 6,212 tonnes of traditional butter.
