51.6 million litres of drinking milk were produced in April 2025.
The major part of it (27.4 million litres, or 53.0%) was semi-skimmed milk. Whole milk represented 38.6% of total production, skimmed milk 4.9% and buttermilk 3.5%.
In addition, 13.9 million litres of milk drinks and chocolate milk were produced, as well as 23.2 million litres of cream, 28.6 million litres of fermented milk and yoghurt, 21,081 tonnes of milk powder, 12,256 tonnes of cheese and 6,211 tonnes of traditional butter.
