At the end of December 2018, 976,317 VAT-registered enterprises were active in our country, i.e. 3.6 % more than the year before.

In December 2018, the number of new enterprises was 0.7 % higher than in December 2017, and there were 4.5 % more restarts. There were, however, 7.7 % more cessations in December 2018 than in the same period of the previous year.
