During the week from 6 to 12 March included (week 10), the business courts pronounced 245 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 517 job losses.

The figures for week 10 reveal an increase in the number of bankruptcies and a decrease in the number of job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 10 weeks of 2023, the business courts pronounced 1,930 bankruptcies. This figure is 16.6% higher than in the first 10 weeks of 2022 and 1.4% lower than in the first 10 weeks of 2019.

Job losses amount to 6,676 in 2023, an increase of 56.8% compared to 2022 and of 6.5% compared to 2019.
