During the first 12 weeks of 2025, the business courts pronounced 2,593 bankruptcies. This figure is 3.3% lower than in the first 12 weeks of 2024 and 11.6% higher than in the same weeks of 2023.
Job losses amount to 7,913 in 2025, an increase of 14.7% compared to 2024 and of 3.3% compared to 2023.
