During the week from 15 to 21 January included (week 3), the business courts pronounced 237 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 591 job losses.

The figures for week 3 reveal an increase in the number of bankruptcies and a decrease in the number of job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 3 weeks of 2024, the business courts pronounced 514 bankruptcies. This figure is 5.3% higher than in the first 3 weeks of 2023 and 26.9% higher than in the same weeks of 2022. Job losses amount to 1,569 in 2024, a decrease of 49.5% compared to 2023 but an increase of 48.7% compared to 2022.
