During the week from 24 February to 2 March (week 9), the business courts pronounced 234 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 647 job losses.

The figures for week 9 reveal a stabilisation of the number of bankruptcies and a decrease in the number of job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 9 weeks of 2025, the business courts pronounced 1,936 bankruptcies. This figure is 0.5% lower than in the first 9 weeks of 2024 and 14.9% higher than in the same weeks of 2023.

Job losses amount to 5,636 in 2025, an increase of 7.9% compared to 2024 but a decrease of 8.5% compared to 2023.
