During the first 37 weeks of 2025, the business courts pronounced 7,704 bankruptcies. This figure is 4.0% higher than in the first 37 weeks of 2024 and 12.6% higher than in the same weeks of 2023.
Job losses amount to 20,855 in 2025, an increase of 1.4% compared to 2024 and of 19.9% compared to 2023.
