During the first 42 weeks of 2024, the business courts pronounced 8,770 bankruptcies. This figure is 8.3% higher than in the first 42 weeks of 2023 and 18.4% higher than in the same weeks of 2022.
Job losses amount to 26,448 in 2024, an increase of 17.2% compared to 2023 and of 50.0% compared to 2022.
