During the week from 13 to 19 March included (week 11), the business courts pronounced 182 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 487 job losses.

So the figures for week 11 reveal a decrease in the number of bankruptcies and job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 11 weeks of 2023, the business courts pronounced 2,113 bankruptcies. This figure is 12.6% higher than in the first 11 weeks of 2022 and 5.6% lower than in the first 11 weeks of 2019.

Job losses amount to 7,164 in 2023, an increase of 52.3% compared to 2022 and of 4.2% compared to 2019.
