During the first 32 weeks of 2025, the business courts pronounced 6,914 bankruptcies. This figure is 2.9% higher than in the first 32 weeks of 2024 and 13.1% higher than in the same weeks of 2023.
Job losses amount to 18,462 in 2025, a decrease of 1.1% compared to 2024 but an increase of 17.4% compared to 2023.
