During the week from 31 October to 6 November included (week 44), the business courts pronounced 135 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 446 job losses.

So the figures for week 44 reveal a decrease in the number of bankruptcies and job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 44 weeks of 2022, the business courts pronounced 7,752 bankruptcies. This figure is 47.3% higher than in the first 44 weeks of 2021.

Job losses per bankruptcy are 12.5% lower in 2022 than in the previous year. During the first 44 weeks of 2022, 2.42 jobs were lost per bankruptcy while this ratio amounted to 2.76 in the same period in 2021.
