13,124 new enterprises in January

At the end of January 2019, 980,456 VAT-registered enterprises were active in our country, i.e. 3.7 % more than the year before.
In January 2019, the number of new enterprises amounted to 13,124, which is a 7.7 % increase compared to January 2018. There were 4.1 % more restarts than a year earlier. There were, however, 8.0 % more cessations in January 2019 than in the same period of the previous year.
