During the week from 8 to 14 August included (week 32), the business courts pronounced 116 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 290 job losses.

The figures for week 32 reveal an increase in the number of bankruptcies and job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 32 weeks of 2022, the business courts pronounced 5,632 bankruptcies. This figure is 54.0% higher than in the first 32 weeks of 2021.

Job losses per bankruptcy are 22.2% lower in 2022 than in the previous year. During the first 32 weeks of 2022, 2.34 jobs were lost per bankruptcy while this ratio amounted to 3.00 in the same period in 2021.
