During the week from 21 to 27 July included (week 30), the business courts pronounced 107 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 372 job losses.

The figures for week 30 reveal a decrease in the number of bankruptcies and an increase in the number of job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 30 weeks of 2025, the business courts pronounced 6,646 bankruptcies. This figure is 2.6% higher than in the first 30 weeks of 2024 and 11.5% higher than in the same weeks of 2023.

Job losses amount to 17,795 in 2025, an increase of 1.0% compared to 2024 and of 15.3% compared to 2023.
