Turnover and investment according to VAT declarations

The turnover of enterprises in Belgium, excluding agricultural and financial sectors, amounted to 328 billion euros during the first quarter of 2019, i.e. a 2.76 % increase compared to the same period the year before. In almost all economic sectors turnover is increasing. Sectors which registered important growth rates are construction, administrative and support service activities and “arts, entertainment and recreation”.
