The volume of sales in retail trade, excluding fuels, has slightly decreased by 0.81 % in August 2018 compared to the same month last year.
In the same period, the sharpest increase (+2.99 %) was registered for “Computers, peripheral devices and software ; communication devices ; sports equipment ; games and toys ; plants and flowers, etc.”.
From March 2018 onwards, indices are expressed with reference year 2015=100.
The series "Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco" for the deflator of sales and the quantity has been revised from February 2018.
