About Statbel
Nico Waeyaert, director-general of Statbel, has become Chairman of the board of directors at the FPS BOSA, on 1 March 2021. To ensure the continuity of our statistical office, advisor-general Dominique De Baets will take on the position of director-general ad interim. The international representation will be ensured by Olivier Goddeeris, international coordinator.
Nico Waeyaert became director-general at Statbel in July 2014. We thank him for the past seven years, and wish him a lot of success in his new position.
