In 2014, there were 7 maternal deaths in our country: 5 direct and 2 indirect. There was also one late maternal death. The number of cases being so small, a clear trend is not really visible.
The maternal death rate for the period 2012-2016 amounted to 5.2, a slight increase compared to the previous period. But again, it is difficult to observe a clear trend.
