Fewer than 600,000 overnight stays in hotels in October 2020

The number of overnight stays in Belgian tourist accommodations was 1.31 million in October 2020. 44% of them took place in a hotel. There were 838,416 overnight stays in the Flemish Region, 376,556 in the Walloon Region and 95,585 in Brussels.

With only 575,568 overnight stays, hotels were also hit hard by the Covid-19 crisis in October.
