56 million litres of milk produced in February

56.0 million litres of milk were produced in February 2020. The major part of it (33.4 million litres, or 59.6 %) was semi-skimmed milk.

Whole milk accounted for 33.7 % of the total production and skimmed milk for 6.7%.

Besides, 10.3 million litres of chocolate milk were produced, as well as 20.4 million litres of cream, 19.6 million litres of fermented milk, 3.6 million litres of yoghurt, 8,293 tonnes of cheese and 7,852 tonnes of butter (farm butter and blended butter).
