During the week from 1 to 7 August included (week 31), the business courts pronounced 38 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 85 job losses.

So the figures for week 31 reveal a decrease in the number of bankruptcies and job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 31 weeks of 2022, the business courts pronounced 5,514 bankruptcies. This figure is 54.7% higher than in the first 31 weeks of 2021.

Job losses per bankruptcy are 22.8% lower in 2022 than in the previous year. During the first 31 weeks of 2022, 2.33 jobs were lost per bankruptcy while this ratio amounted to 3.02 in the same period in 2021.
