The number of VAT-registered enterprises decreased by 2,177 units in December 2021 compared to November 2021.
That is 5,921 new enterprises, 530 re-registrations and 8,628 de-registrations.
The wholesale and retail trade and the repair of motor vehicles and motorbikes were the main contributors, with a loss of 748 units.
