During the week from 26 September to 2 October included (week 39), the business courts pronounced 216 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 616 job losses.

The figures for week 39 reveal a decrease in the number of bankruptcies and an increase in the number of job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 39 weeks of 2022, the business courts pronounced 6,755 bankruptcies. This figure is 50.0% higher than in the first 39 weeks of 2021.

Job losses per bankruptcy are 17.0% lower in 2022 than in the previous year. During the first 39 weeks of 2022, 2.37 jobs were lost per bankruptcy while this ratio amounted to 2.86 in the same period in 2021.
