During the first 39 weeks of 2022, the business courts pronounced 6,755 bankruptcies. This figure is 50.0% higher than in the first 39 weeks of 2021.
Job losses per bankruptcy are 17.0% lower in 2022 than in the previous year. During the first 39 weeks of 2022, 2.37 jobs were lost per bankruptcy while this ratio amounted to 2.86 in the same period in 2021.
