13,858 new enterprises in January

At the end of January 2020, 1,014,802 VAT-registered enterprises were active in our country, i.e. 3.5 % more than the year before.

In January 2020, the number of new enterprises amounted to 13,858, which is a 5.6 % increase compared to January 2019. There were 0.1 % less restarts than a year earlier. There were 6.6 % more cessations in January 2020 than in the same period of the previous year.
